The taste is tropical. Hibiscus is naturally very acidic herbs, though, be warned. Sweetener brings some complexity, so you can taste something other than acidic. I recommend the honey in it. It's all about great tea, suitable for children or people who can not handle caffine. I usually at night b / c I can not have caffine after four in the evening. It's good for colds, too, b / c the vitamin C in it naturally.
